The majority of our products contain GLUTEN, EGGS & DAIRY, however as we work within a domestic environment, which handles the full-range of allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergens in our bakes.
An allergen statement is displayed with each product and a full list of ingredients can be reviewed below before ordering. Each product is labelled with allergen guidance.
Ingredients - Chocolate Personalised Biscuits
Contains: GLUTEN, EGG, DAIRY
Biscuits: Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cocoa powder, butter (MILK), caster sugar, EGG, vanilla bean paste (vanilla extract, water, spent vanilla seeds, thickener (tragacantha)), golden syrup.
Fondant Icing: Sugar, Glucose Syrup (corn syrup), Potato Starch, Vegetable fats (coconut, Hydrogenated Palm Seed), Water, Xanthan, Aroma, Potassium Sorbate, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Citric Acid.
Colourings/Sprinkles/Decorations/: These vary according to the decorations used, but may include:
Potato starch, rice flour, corn starch, sunflower oil, coconut oil, shellac, beeswax, malodextrin, gum arabic. E100, E101, E120, E129, E131, E132, E133, E135, E141, E153, E171, E172, E174. Glycerol E422, emulsifier & stabiliser: lecithin.
