I say us, but it's mainly me - Sophie (Baker, Designer, Accountant…you get the idea), my husband Matt (box folder, coffee maker, late-night listener) and son Joe (taster, alarm clock).
After a long career in the NHS it became obvious that we needed more flexibility to meet our son's needs. I've always baked, with my mum and grandma and now I bake for lovely people who are celebrating love, new life or just for the joy of giving.
We are proud that our kitchen holds a 5-star Food Hygiene rating. Alongside my Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, I have also undertaken food allergy and intolerance training and comply with the standards set out in Natasha's Law.
